- Engage in training sessions and workshops aimed at honing technical and professional skills.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects within designated departments.

- Interact with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and provide assistance as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation pertinent to internship or learnership activities.

- South African citizenship is a requirement.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant qualification from a recognized institution (e.g., degree, diploma, or certificate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience or knowledge related to the insurance industry or legal field (preferred but not mandatory).
